Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- First class in all preceding degrees with a strong academic record.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in offline/online modes.
- Proven track record in training, research and consultancy-related work.
Specialisation Preferred:
- Marketing: In areas of Digital Marketing, Retail Management, Integrated Marketing Communication, Product & Brand Management, Strategic Marketing, etc.
- Finance: In the areas of Finance, Equity Markets, Derivatives, Business Valuation, Behavioural Finance, Fintech, Blockchain, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc.
- Operations and Supply Chain Management: In areas of Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management, TQM and Project Management, etc.
Main Responsibilities
- To effectively educate distance learners in online/offline modes by engaging them creatively.
- Be passionate about the subject and be an effective guide and mentor to the students.
- Engage in the design, development, and creation of Self Learning Material.
- To undertake consultancy, corporate training programmes, MDP assignments and interactions with the industry.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic and corporate experience to carry out teaching, research and MDPs in various functional areas of management.
- Proven track record in training, research and consultancy-related work.
- Knowledge pertaining to instructional design, student interaction, etc., in the Open and Distance Learning system.

Pay Scale: As per institutional norms and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
