ABOUT IIM CALCUTTA
IIM Calcutta was established in 1961 as the first national-level institution in the field of management education by the Government of India in collaboration with the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and with the support of the Government of West Bengal and the Ford Foundation. The Institute is acknowledged as one of the best institutions for management education not only in the country but also in the Asia-Pacific region. IIM Calcutta was the first institution in India to earn its ‘Triple Crown’ in global management education accreditation, i.e., concurrent accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) and Association of MBAs (AMBA). It is also the only Indian business school that is a member of the Global Alliance in Management Education (CEMS).

Employment Type: Temporary
Qualification: Post Graduation or equivalent in Management, Social Sciences (preference would be given to Psychology, Sociology), Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics. Candidates pursuing Doctoral Programs/Ph.D. can also apply if their programs allow taking up full-time work. Candidate should have minimum 60% marks throughout.
Job Profile: To assist IIM Calcutta Faculty members in their academic endeavors in the manner as directed by the respective faculty.
Remuneration: A consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,000/- per month will be paid. Stipend will be revised annually based on performance as per Institute rules.
Tenure: The duration of engagement will be made initially for one year which could be extended annually by up to two more years on the basis of performance and requirement of the Institute.
