Organization Profile: Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kurnool (IIITDMK) is an autonomous institute fully funded by MHRD, Govt. of India. IIITDMK is mentored by Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Kancheepuram, Chennai and commences its academic programmes from 2015 onwards. IIITDMK is presently hosted in IIITDM Kancheepuram, Chennai campus. The Government of Andhra Pradesh alienated 151 acres at Kurnool located at about 200 Kms from Hyderabad and the development of the permanent campus is in progress.

Job Title: Accounts Assistant (on contract)

Employment Type: contract

Educational Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/related field).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant, preferably in the Academic Bodies, with proficiency in handling Tally, MS-Office

Job Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh

Job Description

  • Book-keeping, posting daily transactions like journal vouchers and payment vouchers in accordance with accounting principles/policies.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements with Tally records on regular basis.
  • Calculation, remittance & filing of IT TDS/GST TDS, and other statutory dues.
  • Assistance in preparation of Financial Statements, Internal Audit & Statutory Audit.
  • Any other work assigned by Controlling Officer.

Basic Pay: Consolidated pay of Rs. 25,000/- per month
