Salary             : Rs. 25000 Per Month (Consolidated)

IT Executive Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the college’s IT systems, including networks, servers, and computers.
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in classrooms, labs, and administrative offices.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the college’s data and IT systems from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Manage data backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of academic software, learning management systems (LMS), and administrative tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Manage and monitor the college’s local area network (LAN), wireless networks, and internet services.
• Ensure smooth network connectivity throughout the campus for academic and administrative purposes.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.
• Provide technical support for webinars, online classes, and other virtual events.
• Manage the college’s IT infrastructure for online admissions, examinations, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Oversee the regular updating and maintenance of the college’s website, ensuring content accuracy and functionality, and coordinating with departments to reflect current information.

Eligibility criteria of selection:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is required.
• Proven experience with network administration, server management, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of academic software, LMS, and administrative tools such as ERP and CRM.
• Knowledge of website management, including content updates and backend maintenance.
• Experience in handling technical support for online learning platforms and virtual events is an added advantage.
