Job Description:
MIBM is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join faculty team across all levels. Applicants having a mix of academia and industry experience will be preferred. Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. MIBM is looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching and research in the fields of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops in their respective field of expertise.
- Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and professional development.
- Engaging in scholarly research activities, including publishing papers in reputed journals and presenting at conferences.
- Collaborating with industry professionals and fostering industry-academia partnerships.
- Participating in departmental and institutional activities, including committees and administrative tasks.
- Assist in NBA accreditation related tasks.
Qualifications: As per UGC guidelines and norms MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance)/ CA/ICWA Ph.D. (Completed or Perusing) from a recognized and reputed institution.
Experience and other requirements:
- 1 to 3 or more years with Ph.D. for the Posts of Associate Professors
- 1 to 3 years for the Posts of Assistant Professor
Prior teaching experience at the postgraduate level is preferred.
Strong research background demonstrated through publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference presentations.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the respective disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Industry experience or certifications related to the respective fields would be an advantage.
