- Able to guide students in latest technologies and industrial requirements.
- Strategic planning and contribute to development of the Institute.
- Contributions to curriculum development, innovative pedagogy, or academic reforms
- Comply with accreditation, NAAC/NBA, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to international collaborations or exchange programs will be an added advantage
Qualification & Skills required:
- PhD in Mech/ECE/CSE from reputed universities like NIT, IIT etc.
- 8-10 yrs experience in administrative role and have handled similar role in the past.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Ability to lead academic and administrative teams effectively.
- Ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, management, and external stakeholders.
