1. Candidate should have completed UG/PG/Ph.D in the relevant discipline as per PCI Norms, with good academic record. 
2. Candidate should have excellent communication. 
3. Candidate should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students. 
4. Candidate should have involved in the inspections related to NBA, NAAC, PCI and other statutory bodies 
5. Candidate should have good research record.
6. Candidate should be proficient in handling PCI and related activities.
