- Ph.D., Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Centre for Management studies/ Centre for Legal studies, with an exemplary academic & research record.

- Assistant Professor – Minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience out of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor – Minimum 15 Years of Experience out of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
