Project Title: Value addition in buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) cultivars from Himalayan regions for enhancement of livelihood of Local Farmers
Department: Biochemistry, CBSH
Qualification: Graduate in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Food Science/ Food Technology/Agriculture/ ZBC (Zoology, Botany, Chemistry)/Community Science (Specialization in food and nutrition)
Experience Required:
Preference will be given to the candidates:
- Familiar with the hill geography of Uttarakhand
- Having experience of phytochemical analysis and tissue culture work
- Ready for frequent travelling with Project team/independently
Duration: 6 months
