Job Title/Designation: Dean- Academics

Departments have vacancies:

• Management Studies

Qualification: Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees with an exemplary academic record throughout.

Experience:

• Dean- Academics: 15-20 years of teaching and administrative experience with the previous designation as HOD/ Associate Dean/Dean/Director in the Department of Management Studies.

Specialization Required:

• Any Management domain

Candidate Profile: Dean-Academics

Employment Type: Full Time

Age: 45+ years

• To assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum.
• To promote and foster academic activities including classroom instruction, technology implementation, and facilitate faculty development programs.
• To oversee the evaluation and assessment of the program and create documentation as per the compliance of accreditation standards.
• The candidate should have knowledge of compliance of NBA for the management program
• To create Standard Operating Procedures and report the same on a regular basis to the Director.
• The applicant should have strong documentation, drafting, and professional communication skills.
• The applicant should have experience in working with the educational ERP system to submit and consolidate academic and administrative reports on a regular basis.
• The candidate should have 15-20 years of teaching and administrative experience with the previous designation as HOD/ Associate Dean/Dean/Director in the Department of Management Studies.
• Exercising such other duties as may be assigned by the Director.
