Responsibilities:
- Handle sessions on entrepreneurship, motivation, personality development and business management, conduct business games, and guide and educate trainees
- Conduct pre-training activities such as EAPs, generation of applications and selection of candidates
- Assist the Director in designing the Annual Action Plan and training programmes
- Arrange logistics for training programmes, including training materials and guest faculty
- Provide post-training escort services, including follow-up meets/visits, counselling, credit linkage and preparation of project reports
- Prepare success stories (minimum of two per month), post-programme reports, and monthly and other periodical reports
- Assist and guide the office assistant in maintaining the day book, general ledger and other registers and books
- Design new training programmes based on feedback on emerging business opportunities, and prepare case studies and training materials
- Establish liaison with outside agencies and prepare press releases/reports on activities of the Institute
- Supervise the work of the assistant, attender and watchman-cum-gardener, and monitor the performance of guest faculty
- Maintain inventory and library books, and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the campus, including classrooms, kitchen, dining and dormitory
- Maintain discipline and ensure daily routines such as Prayer, Yoga and Shramadhan
- Any other work assigned by the Director from time to time
Pay Scale/Pay Level: The salary structure for Faculty is given below.
