Essential Qualifications: For Professor, candidates need a Ph.D. with First Class in a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, a minimum research score of 120, and successful guidance of at least 2 doctoral candidates. Alternatively, candidates from industry with significant professional experience recognised at the national or international level as equivalent to a Ph.D. can also apply. For Associate Professor, candidates need a Ph.D. with First Class in a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 7 SCI publications, and a minimum research score of 75. Industry professionals with equivalent recognised experience are also eligible. For Assistant Professor, a Ph.D. is mandatory with a minimum of 55% in a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 2 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Desirable: For Assistant Professor, a Ph.D. with 2 years of experience is preferred, along with presentation of at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences or seminars sponsored, funded, or supported by the UGC, ICSSR, CSIR, or a similar agency. For all positions, published work may include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, and filed patents.

Experience: For Professor, a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry is required, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor, or 10 to 15 years of managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level in a large organisation, MNC, or conglomerate for industry candidates. For Associate Professor, a minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching, research, or industry is required, out of which at least 3 years shall be post Ph.D. experience, or 8 years of managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level for industry candidates. For Assistant Professor, experience is As per Norms, with 2 years being desirable.
