Required qualifications:
For Director:
- Ph.D. in Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching / research / industry
- At least 5 years in a senior academic / administrative role
- As per AICTE / UGC norms
For Faculty Positions:
- Ph.D., Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in relevant branch
- Exemplary academic and research record
- UGC (NET) qualified mandatory
Required Experience:
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor: Minimum 10 Years of Experience, including 2 years post Ph.D. experience
- Professor: Minimum 15 Years of Experience, including at least 5 years as Associate Professor
- Retired Professors from reputed universities/colleges may also apply
