• Minimum 8 years of teaching or research experience at the level of Assistant Professor in a university, college, or accredited research institution, with at least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations-2018 (Appendix II, Table 2).

Assistant Professor — Chemistry (Organic) Eligibility A or B:

• A: Master’s Degree with 55% marks (without grace marks) in the concerned or allied subject, along with a cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or SLET/SET, or a Ph.D. degree awarded in accordance with UGC (M.Phil./Ph.D.) Regulations 2009 or 2016.
