- CSE, AI & ML, IT, Data Science, MCA: MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, Ph.D. preferred as per UGC norms
- Business Analytics: Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline (Ph.D. preferred)
- Aptitude & Soft Skills Trainer: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline, with 2-5 years of relevant training experience and excellent communication and presentation skills

- Relevant postgraduate or Ph.D. qualification in the applied discipline
- Strong research orientation and publication record for academic roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for Trainer roles

Responsibilities: Candidates selected through this recruitment are expected to,
- Deliver lectures and conduct labs/courses in the respective discipline (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, Computer Networks, Software Engineering for CSE; Business Analytics and related subjects for Business Analytics faculty)
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments as per university curriculum
- Guide student projects, internships, and research activities
- Publish research papers in reputed journals/conferences and apply for funded research/consultancy projects
- Participate in curriculum design, accreditation activities (AICTE/NAAC/NBA), and departmental activities
- Mentor students for academic and career development
- For Trainer roles: deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Soft Skills; conduct mock aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions; and coordinate with the Career Development & Placement Cell
