Organization Profile: Yashoda Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Satara (YSPM) an education trust was established in the year 2011, under the efficient and vibrant leadership of Founder President, Prof. Dasharath Sagare, with the aim of catering the best Technical Education to the students especially of rural areas. Since the inception we have been providing quality education in the Technical field for the past 15 years as an integral Campus approved by statutory bodies and over 7000 students have graduated from the campus till date. YSPM has many eminent personalities from the field of education and industry on its advisory body, whose rich experience and guidance benefits the institute.
Currently, YSPMs Yashoda Technical Campus is running with Engineering, Polytechnic, Pharmacy (Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate), Architecture, BBA, BCA, MBA and MCA programmes. Along with this, the organization is also running and catering the school education. In addition to the technical courses, Yashoda group of Institutes are having Pre-primary, Primary, High school and Junior colleges in both English and Marathi medium. Our CBSE School has granted the affiliation for Junior college. The Vision, Mission and Principles of the organization not only reflect the academic but also the overall development of the students. The current student strength of the Yashoda group of Institutes is around 10000 while there are around 700 teachers associated with the group.

Qualification: Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Science, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Minimum 2 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 8 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 3 years at the level of Associate Professor.
Specialization Required:
- Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Drives & Controls, EV Technology, Control System Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Cyber Security, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy will be considered.
- Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative, Tinkering Lab, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred.
