Organization Profile: Badruka School of Management (BSM), an autonomous institution, offers an AICTE-approved two-year PGDM programme that blends management education with data and technology. Our curriculum integrates fundamental management courses with modules on technology, analytics, and design so that students can understand the practice of management in a digital economy. Job Title/Designation: Assistant Professor in Accounting & Finance

Qualification: Applicants must demonstrate the ability to conduct high-quality research and should have either completed their PhD or be in the final stages of completion. They should also show potential for effective teaching, particularly at the postgraduate level.

All faculty members are expected to actively contribute to the Institute’s Postgraduate, and other teaching related programmes.

Experience:

• Deliver engaging lectures and seminars to students, inspiring their intellectual growth
• Conduct tutorials and mentorship sessions to foster students’ academic growth
• Develop and curate innovative elective curricula that resonate with students
• Pursue a robust research agenda, contributing to high-quality individual and collaborative research
• Play a key role in institution building, fostering a vibrant academic community
• Fulfil academic duties, including setting examinations, marking, invigilation, and offering guidance to students, ensuring exceptional teaching delivery

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience teaching Postgraduate students in a Management School is preferred
• International exposure to academic teaching or research is desirable
• Strong inclination towards interdisciplinary research in Management and other areas
• Ability to promote innovation, teaching, learning, and service to a diverse student population
• Enthusiastic about student-centred pedagogy with experience in conducting case studies, blended learning, and flipped classrooms
