Essential Qualifications: Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Science, with an exemplary academic record throughout. Industry professionals with relevant experience are also eligible under the guidelines for Professor of Practice
Experience:
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience, of which 2 years must be post-Ph.D. experience
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor
- Candidates with relevant industry experience are also eligible
Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy will be considered
- Faculty who can promote patents, the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative and Tinkering Labs, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred
- Strong subject knowledge with an exemplary academic record
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and contributing to institutional growth
