Job Title/ Designation: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor /Professor 

Assistant Professor: The applicant should have a good academic record, relevant experience  and an impressive record of research and publications. Required qualifications include  ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Science/ Information  Technology/AI&ML/AI&DS/Cyber security) in the relevant subject with First class or  equivalent.

Associate Professor: Qualifications are the same as that for Assistant Professor. In addition,  the applicant must have a Doctoral Degree from a reputed University with teaching / research  / industry experience of 5 years or more. 

Professor: Qualification is the same as that for Associate Professor. In addition, a minimum  of 10 years teaching / research / industry experience is required or with at least 5 years should  be at the level of Associate Professor OR a minimum of 13 years’ experience in teaching  /research /industry. 

Department: Master of Computer Applications (MCA) 

Assistant Professor: The applicant should have PhD in Computer Science/ Computer  Applications / Information Technology or related field. Master’s degree (MCA / M.Tech /  M.Sc. in CS/IT) with a strong academic record.

Job Title/ Designation: Placement Officer 

The applicant should have relevant experience on organising placement drives with a good  number of companies. Candidates with relevant qualifications.

Job Title: Assistant Librarian (Digital Library & E-Resources) 

Qualification: Degree in Library & Information Science with working knowledge of Computer  Science / IT  

The candidate should be willing to work in shift-wise library operations as per institutional  requirements.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance and regular updating of the Library Website/Webpage 
• Management of DSpace Institutional Repository (uploading, organizing, metadata  entry, and access control) 
• Handling and maintenance of e-books and e-journals 
• Providing user support for accessing digital resources (students and faculty)
• Usage statistics, reports, and documentation related to digital resources
• Supporting digitization activities and other library automation tasks
• Any other digital library–related duties assigned by the Librarian 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of Digital Library systems and Institutional Repositories
• Basic understanding of DSpace, library webpages, and e-resource platforms
• Familiarity with library automation software and online databases 
• Good communication and technical support skills 

Department of Master of Computer Applications 

Job Title/ Designation: Field Investigators

Job Summary 

Project entitled “Artificial Intelligence Driven Predictive Modelling of Cognitive and Behavioral  Pattern among Rural Learners Engaged in Digital Learning – ICSSR-LSS-2025-2130”. Sponsored  by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education, New Delhi. 

• Field Investigators: Postgraduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks. Pay: Rs. 20,000/- per month 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION / NOTES 

• Kannada, Hindi, Telugu & Tamil language proficiency is preferred for Field Investigator. 
• Travel allowances shall be reimbursed as per Project norms to field investigators and  interns. 
• Proficiency in research tools and techniques, including statistical & data analytical tools. • Demonstrated research aptitude, including experience in field surveys, data analysis,  and research report preparation will be an added advantage. 
• Relevant prior work experience may be taken into consideration during the screening  process for interviews.
