Eligibility:
Senior/Junior Mentors: Candidate who have cracked APSC/UPSC mains or other such competitive examinations & have teaching experiences in competitive examination can only apply. For serial no 3 to 7 candidate having Master/Ph.D/ NET will get special preference.
Joint Director: Master’s degree/Ph.D. in any of the relevant subjects and proven experience in managing reputed Civil Service Coaching Center.
Candidate Profile:

- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record

Pay Scale:
- Senior Mentor: 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh with residential facility
- Junior Mentor: 50K to SOK with residential facility
- Joint Director: 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh with residential facility
