College Profile: Rukmani Ammal Educational Trust was established in the year 1994 in Sembodai with the sole aim of uplifting the down-trodden and socially backward people of the region by providing them right education. The Trust opened the SEMBODAI R. V.  POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE in the year 1997 with a vision to create, technical educational facilities, to the socially educationally and economically under privileged youth from rural areas in and around Nagapattinam district.

The college in Sembodai located on Vedaraniam – Nagapattinam State Highway and 10km north and 40km south of Vedaraniam and Nagapattinam respectively, caters to the needs of the engineering education in the educationally backward Nagapattinam district.

We, at SRVPC, bring out and enlighten the hidden technical skills and abilities of youth with highest quality technical education and proper discipline. Over the years, the college has grown rapidly in every aspect. This college has become one of the pioneering technical institutions in the delta region of Tamilnadu.

Qualification: BE.,/ B.Tech / M.E.,/ M.Tech. With I class in Appropriate Branch

Experience:    Minimum 2 years of Experience is Preferable 

2. Job Title / Designation : Lecturer in Basic Engineering 

• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Physics
• English

Qualification : B.Sc with M.Sc chemistry, Physics and Mathematics  & B A with M A English With First Class

Experience:    Minimum 2 years of Experience is Preferable 

3. Job Title / Designation : Lab Assistant / Lab Instructor

• Welder     : With ITI Qualification / Diploma with Experience in Specific Skill.
• Lab Instructor – EEE : D.EEE., / ITI Electrician. 
• Lab Instructor – CSE : B.E., / D.CSE. with Hardware / Networking Skills

4. Job Title / Designation :  Office Superintendent  

• Degree from recognized institution. Should have knowledge in computer and Expert in MS office -Word, Excel

Experience:    Minimum 10 years of Experience in an Educational Institution

7. Job Title / Designation :  Physical Director 

Qualification: First Class in M. P. Ed., from reputed institutions.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of Experience is Preferable 

Candidate Profile:

• Retired Persons can also apply candidates from Nagapattinam and Thiruvarur districts are Preferable 
• Should have sound knowledge in Practical subjects.
• Should have skilling in Relevant to Teaching is expected. Experience in PPT, Visual Aids and Smart class room presentation is desirable. 
• Dedication, Sincerity, Devotion and Passion for Teaching is important.
• Should be willing to work in a team work.
