Qualification and Experience Criteria:
Associate Professor- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class in preceding degrees. Strong academic and research credentials.
Assistant Professor- Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class in all qualifying examinations. Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory.
Specialization & Skill Requirements:
Core Competencies:
- Deep subject expertise and ability to deliver outcome–based education.
- For Engineering: Proficiency in Python, C, C++, R, Java, and hardware–software interfacing.
- For Business Administration: Strong foundation in Finance, Marketing, HR, Analytics, and emerging business technologies.
- Research aptitude with ability to guide student projects and publish in reputed journals.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute to academic governance.
Candidate Profiles:
Associate Professor:
- Proven track record in research publications, project funding, and academic leadership.
- Ability to lead departmental initiatives, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring.
- Active involvement in patents, consultancy, industry collaboration, and entrepreneurship development.
Assistant Professor:
- Faculty with potential to contribute to R&D, interdisciplinary teaching, and student innovation.
Preference for candidates engaged in:
- Patent filing and innovation incubation
- Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC)
- Tinkering Labs and Industry–Academia partnerships
- Design and delivery of value–added and skill–based courses
