Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the entire examination process, ensuring.that all academic assessments (internal, external, practical, and theory) are conducted in an efficient, transparent, and fair manner. They should ensures compliance with institutional policies, statutory regulations, and accreditation requirements while maintaining high standards of examination security, academic integrity, and result accuracy. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for examiners, faculty, students, and administrative staff regarding all examination-related matters.
Position: Controller of Examinations
Educational Qualification: Master degree in an Engineering discipline with Ph.D,.
Experience: 05 years of experience in COE and 10 years of experience in academic, administration and Exam related process in an educational institution.

- Examination Planning and scheduling
- Paper Setting and Moderation
- Examiner Management
- Result Processing and Declaration
- Examination Security and Confidentiality–
- Grievance Handling and Issue Resolution
- Documentation and Reporting
- Collaboration with Faculty and Administration
- Compliance with Accreditation and Regulatory Standards
Candidate Profile:
- In-depth understanding of engineering curriculum and assessment methodologies used in technical education.
- Strong knowledge of examination protocols, including exam scheduling, paper setting, moderation, grading, and result compilation.
- Proficient in examination management systems, learning management systems (LMS), and digital grading tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, administrative staff, and external examiners.
- Ability to lead and manage examiner teams, invigilators, and administrative staff
- Ability to manage and solve examination-related issues, such as malpractices, discrepancies, or unforeseen events during exams.
