- Professor / HOD – Minimum10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
- Dean / Deputy Director – Minimum 15 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Professor / Similar Capacity.
- Director – Minimum 20 Years of Experience of which at least 10 years at the level of Similar Capacity.
