Qualification:
- Associate Dean: Academic Programs
- Ph.D in one of the management disciplines from a well-recognized and ranked university
- At least 15 years of experience academic institutions (business schools) of which min 3 years at the level of professor position.
- Prior experience of developing academic programs will be an advantage.
- Industry experience of 3 to 5 years will also be an advantage.
- Associate Dean: Accreditations
- Ph.D. in Management discipline
- Minimum of 3-year experience as Associate Professor in a leading, ranked business school
- Experience of leading one or more accreditation process.
- Professor:
- Ph.D. Preferable
- Required Experience: Preferred candidate would ideally have a five -ten years of work experience in large organizations in a middle management position along with a Ph.D. in management with a focus on Strategy or Finance or Marketing, with a demonstrated teaching experience in MBA education.
