Job Title/ Designation/ Departments have vacancies:
- Computer Science and Engineering (Professor/ Associate Professor/Assistant Professor)
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (Professor)
- Civil Engineering (Professor-Ph.D. in Structural Engineering)
Educational Qualification: As per AICTE norms
Professor
Educational Qualifications:
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum first-class or equivalent at both Bachelor’s and master’s levels.
AND
Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall beat a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.
OR
Minimum of 12 years of experience as Assistant Professor or combined experience as Assistant Professor & Associate Professor, in teaching/research/industry.
AND
At least 4 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in Web of Science list of Journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co-supervisor till the closing date of notification for the post.
OR
At least 6 research publications in Web of Science list of Journals or a combination of Web of Science Journal publications and granted utility/process patents (Indian) at the level of Associate Professor/equivalent level in R&D/Industry.
OR
At least 10 research publications in Web of Science list of Journals or a combination of Web of Science Journal publications and granted utility/process patents (Indian) at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/equivalent level in R&D/industry.
Preferable Experience:
- Experience in drafting research proposals and applying for grants with various funding agencies. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in funded research projects. Strong record of research publications in reputed journals.
Associate Professor
Educational Qualifications:
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum first-class or equivalent at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
AND
At least 6 research publications in Web of Science list of Journals or a combination of Web of Science Journal publications and granted utility/process patents (Indian), out of which at least two should be in the last three years.
AND
Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
Preferable Experience:
- Experience in drafting research proposals and applying for grants with various funding agencies. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in funded research projects. Strong record of research publications in reputed journals.
Assistant Professor
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech in the respective discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and Phd in the respective discipline.
