Job Title: Placement Officer / Director
Qualification: Master’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees
Job roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have at least five years of prior experience as a T & P officer in a reputed institution.
- Solid established contacts with HR departments.
- Conduct seminars, awareness sessions for students.
- Conduct industry professional’s workshops for students.
- Ability to connect and nurture relationships in and around Chennai.
- Counsel students on all matters to internships and final placements.
- Visiting the companies and organizing the on-campus drives
- Preparing the placement broucher for the institutions and forwarding to the companies.
- Preparing the students to be ready for interviews.
Experience: At least minimum of 3 years as Placement Officer in reputed college is preferable.
