The Government of Tamil Nadu through its G.O. (Ms) No. 53 Higher Education (E1) Department dated 29th February, 2016, granted approval for starting E.S.Arts and Science College as a Self–Financing Co–Education College. The Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore granted affiliation to our College on 18th August, 2016 (Ref. No. 5236). The premier Institution is the only college located within the Villupuram Municipality limit.
