ELLENKI College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad invites applications for the post of Training and Placement Officer (TPO) from eligible, experienced, and passionate professionals.

Job Title/Designation:

Training and Placement Officer (TPO)

Qualifications:

– Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (with First Class) in Engineering/Management or related disciplines.
– MBA (HR/Marketing) or M.Tech preferred.
– Strong command over communication, corporate coordination, and career services.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations.
Candidates with prior industry collaboration, placement drives, and skill development initiatives will be given preference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Build corporate relations to facilitate student placements and internships
– Organize and coordinate recruitment drives (on-campus/off-campus)
– Mentor students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning
– Collaborate with academic departments to implement industry-focused training
– Promote Entrepreneurship, Innovation Labs, and Industry-Academia linkage initiatives
