About Siddhartha Academy: Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education, popularly known as Siddhartha Academy, was established in 1975 with a corpus fund of Rs. 25 lakhs, raised through the efforts of 250 life members with a philanthropic outlook. It was registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act in the same year, with the objective of establishing and running educational institutions at all levels in general, technical, and professional education. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience is required for these positions.
Suitable Candidates:
- Proficiency and accuracy relevant to the respective role (shorthand/typing skills for Stenographer; site and technical knowledge for Civil Supervisor)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with college administration
- Attention to detail and reliability in handling assigned duties
- Willingness to work within the academic institution’s schedule and requirements
Duties Expected:
- Stenographer: Take dictation, prepare correspondence and official documents, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day secretarial and administrative work
- Civil Supervisor: Supervise ongoing civil works and maintenance on campus, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure quality and safety standards, and report on project progress to the administration
Pay and Remuneration: Salary will be fixed based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and abilities.
