Job Title:

Essential Qualifications: 

• CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER (CFO)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA/CMA/MBA(Finance)or equivalent. (CA Mandatory)
  • 15+years of experience in financial management, preferably in education/NGOs/corporates
  • Strong background in budgeting, auditing, taxation, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure regulatorycompliance (GST, TDS, audits).
  • Manage fundraising, grants, and investments.
  • Lead cost optimization and financial risk management.
• HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (TISS/XLRI preferred)
  • 15+ years in HR leadership, with 5+ years heading HR for mid/large organizations, educational institution backgroud would be preferred.
  • Expertise in performance management, compliance, talent acquisition. employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll systems, and HR analytics.
  • Strong background in HR tech (HRMS, ATS) and stakeholder management
    Role:
  • Spearhead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
• HEAD MARKETING
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing leadership (preferably in education or brand development).
  • Skills: Brand strategy, digital/social media marketing,market research, and team leadership.
    Role:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Lead digital & traditional marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, print, events).
  • Manage budgets and vendor negotiations.

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
• The candidate should have good research record
