Qualification and Experience (As per UGC/AICTE/University Norms):

For Associate Professor:

• Ph.D. in Management or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 2 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
• At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed journals and participation in conferences/seminars.

For Professor:

• Ph.D. in Management or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, of which at least 3 years should be as Associate Professor.
• Evidence of significant research contributions, publications, and leadership in academic or professional activities.
