Qualifications: M. Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics or B. Tech./ M. Tech. in Engineering Physics with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) along with good academic credentials, and strong motivation for the research in the subject area. The candidate should have a valid CSIR-UGC NET or a valid GATE score
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000 pm +HRA (as per DST norms)
