Experience:
- Dean- Academics: Minimum 5 years of industry exposure and academic experience of 15+ years in a reputed Business school in India
Candidate Profile:
- To assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum.
- To promote and foster academic activities including classroom instruction, technology implementation, and facilitate faculty development programs.
- To oversee the evaluation and assessment of the program and create documentation as per the compliance of accreditation standards.
- The candidate should have knowledge of compliance of NBA for the management program
- To create Standard Operating Procedures and report the same on a regular basis to the Director.
- The applicant should have strong documentation, drafting, and professional communication skills.
- The applicant should have experience in working with the educational ERP system to submit and consolidate academic and administrative reports on a regular basis.
