- For Dean – Research, a Ph.D. with a strong research and publication record
- For Dean – IQAC, a Ph.D. with substantial experience in academic administration and institutional quality assurance

- Dean – Academics: 15 or more years of academic experience, preferably with significant academic administrative responsibilities
- Dean – Research: 15 or more years of academic or research experience, preferably with research leadership responsibilities
- Dean – IQAC: 15 or more years of academic experience, with relevant accreditation or quality-management responsibilities
Candidate Profile: The institution is looking for candidates who
- Dean – Academics: have proven experience in academic planning, curriculum development, OBE and faculty development, and are familiar with AICTE, UGC, Anna University and academic regulations. Experience as HOD, Associate Dean, Dean or in an equivalent leadership role is preferred
- Dean – Research: have achievements in quality journal publications, patents, funded projects and consultancy, and experience in securing research grants from government agencies and industry. They should be able to build research collaborations, mentor faculty and improve research output. Experience managing research centres is preferred
- Dean – IQAC: have strong knowledge of NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AQAR, SSR and quality documentation, and experience coordinating academic audits, outcome-based education and continuous improvement. Experience as IQAC Coordinator, accreditation coordinator or Dean is preferred
Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be expected to
- Lead academic planning, curriculum development and faculty development, in the case of the Dean – Academics
- Lead research programs, grants, publications and collaborations, in the case of the Dean – Research
- Lead accreditation and quality assurance work, such as NAAC, NBA and NIRF, in the case of the Dean – IQAC
- Coordinate with departments and prepare accurate institutional reports
- Follow the rules and policies of the college
