Candidate Profile: - A Ph.D. in Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized Institution.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in academia, with a strong record of teaching, research, and leadership in an engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in academic administration and program development.
- A track record of successful research collaboration with industry, research institutions, and other academic entities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity & inclusion in academia.
- Proven ability to mentor and motivate faculty and students to achieve excellence.
