We are seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the University’s HR functions with professionalism and strategic foresight. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the University’s mission and objectives.
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on boarding, performance evaluation, retention, and separation.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Advising senior management on human resource planning, organizational development, and policy formulation.
- Leading employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to build a productive work environment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and overseeing HR information systems

- A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO) Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), a leading institution of higher education with a sprawling 5 million sq. ft. Harohalli campus comprising hospitals, academic blocks, and hostels, is seeking an accomplished security professional for the position of Chief Security Officer (CSC)). The ideal candidate will be a retired officer from CISF/ Paramilitary/ Defense forces with 15-20 years of experience, preferably at the level of Commandant or above. The CSO will oversee all aspects of security and surveillance of the campus, ensuring safety, crisis preparedness, and effective management of a large security workforce supported by advanced electronic systems. Requirements:
- CISF/Paramilitary/Defense background (Commandant level or above).
- Proven leadership in managing large campuses, hospitals, or industrial establishments.

- CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Experience Minimum 15 years of proven experience as CTO or similar managerial role in reputed organizations.
