Job Title: Incubation Assistant
Qualifications: Post Graduate (Preferably in Engineering or Management domain)
Experience: Relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is required, Experience in managing incubation processes, start-up documentation, event coordination, or working in an incubation/innovation ecosystem (preferable)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking lectures for the courses running under the Council
- Managing records and documentation for start-ups incubated at the Council
- Providing support in organizing activities, workshops, and events of the Incubation Council
- Assisting in start-up onboarding, monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinating with mentors, industry partners, and student innovation teams
- Supporting proposal writing, funding documentation, and event reports
