Qualification and Experience:
A. Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading System is followed) in the following disciplines:
M.Tech/ M.E in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management
OR
MBA with specialization in Production/ Operations Management
OR
PGDM/ PGDBA/ PGDBM (declared equivalent to MBA by AIU and, Recognized by UGC/ AICTE) with specialization in Production/ Operations Management/ Industrial Management, with B.Tech/ BE.
B. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC (the essential qualifications shall be in compliance with the UGC Regulations 2018).
Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
Period of appointment: Initially for a period of one year, with break during May – June vacation months, and further period of extensions will be decided by the University from time to time.

Consolidated Monthly Salary:
For Ph.D. holder – ₹ 42,000/-
For the rest of the contract teachers – ₹ 40,000/-
