Job Title: Academic Associate at MUP (Master’s in Urban Planning) program, Faculty of Planning

Academic Qualification:
- Master’s in Planning with specialisation in Urban / Landuse planning with at least 3 years’ experience.
Expertise Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Research interest in the field of Urban Planning.
- Strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in software and concepts related to urban planning studios.
- Demonstrated passion for academic pursuits and a commitment to excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help the program (MUP) in organizing, and communication.
- Preparation for FP outreachContribute to the organization of academic events and workshops at the program level.
- Provide administrative support for the program and its initiatives.
- Assist in developing and delivering teaching materials and curriculum.
- Early Preparation for DRP
- Assist in studio preparation including the following:
- Identifying various sites in different cities across India for groups of the upcoming studioIdentifying data sources for the preparation of base map and other activities for studio
- Following up with various authorities if necessary to check for the availability of data
- Overseeing tasks assigned to the TAs including base map preparation, reference, and other material
- Prepare detailed exercises for Studio identifying learning outcomes and deliverables
- Preparing detail day-wise schedule for MUP studio
- Assist faculties in identifying and scheduling input lectures & facilitated discussions.
