Research Prosition: Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)
Title of the project: Multiscale modelling framework for Developing an in-house FEMbased Simulation Tool for emerging Sub-5-nm Technology node devices.
Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.
Essential Qualifications: M.Tech. / M.E. / M.S. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent or M.Sc Physics or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates having hands-on experience in C/C++ and Java programming would be preferred. The candidate having background in semiconductor physics would be an added plus and familiarity with Linux operating systems is preferred.
Project Duration: 3 years
