- RA- Ph.D./M.Phil/Postgraduate with UGC-NET in Social Science Discipline with a minimum of 55% Marks
- FI- Postgraduate in Social Science Discipline with a minimum of 55% Marks

Pay Scale:
- Research Assistant- Rs. 37,000/- per month
- Field Investigator- Rs. 20,000/- per month
