Job Duties for Intern-Trainer
- To develop lesson plans
- To adapts and reassess lesson plans to meet specific student needs
- To manage the diverse ability levels of students
- To adapt to the curriculum in order to fit students need while maintaining overall class progress
- To assess and record students’ development, while identifying areas which would require attention and improvement
- To provides a safe, positive learning environment for students
- To communicate with all other staff members who engage with students
- To encourage students in developing skills
- To be able to work comfortably with students of different levels
- To impart great interpersonal skills
- To set forth better grammar knowledge
- To disseminate knowledge about great works of literature
- To groom students to meet the current corporate expectations
Qualifications:-
- BA / MA – English
