We are interested in candidates with expertise in the following areas:
- Ecology
- Conservation biology
- Biodiversity monitoring
- Restoration ecology
- Other related fields with some experience of managing fieldwork and field programmes
You will be involved in teaching undergraduate level courses, curriculum development, and student mentoring. You would also have the opportunity to design and teach elective courses in your field of expertise. The University supports research by its faculty members and also encourages them to engage with public education in the sciences. The University is committed to supporting diversity.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree in the fields mentioned above
- Work experience (running field projects / working in conservation organizations) is desirable
- Openness to spend time in the field, away from the Bengaluru campus to coordinate field courses and internships
