Position Details
- Role: Academic Relationship Executive
- Number of Openings: 30
- Probation Period: 4–6 months
- Stipend During Probation: INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to INR 10,000
- Pre-Placement Offer (UG): INR 4 – 8 LPA
- Pre-Placement Offer (PG): INR 6 – 10 LPA
- Eligibility: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Work Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560076
- Training Period: First 10 days (Unpaid)
Role Overview
The Academic Relationship Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective learners, understanding their academic and career objectives, and guiding them toward suitable online learning solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management capabilities, and a performance-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students through digital platforms and outreach initiatives
- Conduct structured discussions to understand learning goals and career aspirations
- Present course offerings and benefits in a clear and professional manner
- Conduct online consultations and information sessions
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive enrollments
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly performance targets
- Provide market feedback to support continuous program improvement
