Essential Qualifications: Candidates need a good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade at the Master (M.F.Sc.) or Doctorate level degree in the above-mentioned disciplines from a recognized university. Candidates should have also passed the NET examination conducted by UGC/CSIR/ICAR recognized by the State Government in the subject where the NET examination is conducted, and should have published at least one article in a National Academic Agriculture Science (NAAS) New Delhi rated journal. Candidates who have acquired a Ph.D degree with course work as per the UGC Notification 2009 and published two full length publications having a NAAS rating not less than four shall be exempted from NET. Candidates with a Ph.D degree without course work will not be considered. Candidates should also possess basic knowledge of computer application and should have passed the CCC examination.

Duration: The post is for 11 (Eleven) months or till direct recruitment.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years for male and 40 years for female candidates, with age relaxation for reserve category candidates as per rules.
