Qualification:
- MBA from tier 1 B school
- PhD in Management Consulting &/ or Strategy from IIT / IIM / IISc / SPJIMR / NITIE / NMIMS /Symbiosis
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years corporate experience after the MBA,
- Worked in the areas of Strategy and Management Consulting in organizations.
Job Description:
- Facilitate courses on Strategy and Management Consulting
- Conduct Management Development Programmes.
- Publish research in the area in the ABDC listed journals.
- Conduct consulting assignments from organizations in the area.
- Obtain & execute grants for research in the area.
- Lead & engage in administration responsibilities (evaluation, examination, committees and taskforces among others).
Key Skills
- The corporate experience should be in the areas of either Finance, Marketing, Strategy or Management Consulting.
- This applicant would need to be a resource person for MDP (Executive Education) and Consulting.
- The applicant also would need to have research papers in the area of Strategy and Management Consulting.
