Job Title: Applied Electronics & Instrumentation (AEI ) – Faculty – Polytechnic College

Job Summary
Aries Polytechnic College, Chittoor is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Applied Electronics & Instrumentation (AEI) Faculty member to teach diploma-level courses, conduct practical sessions, and support academic excellence. The faculty member will play a key role in developing industry-ready students through effective teaching methodologies, hands-on training, and continuous evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach theory and practical subjects related to Applied Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, lab manuals, and assignments.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, ensure equipment safety, and maintain lab discipline.
- Assess student performance through tests, viva, and practical evaluations.
- Guide students in mini-projects, industrial training, and technical activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental academic planning.
- Maintain student attendance, records, and continuous assessment documentation.
- Support accreditation work, audits, and academic quality initiatives.
- Engage in mentoring, motivating, and supporting students for academic growth.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, events, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering (Mandatory).
- M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Polytechnic or Engineering institutions.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
Key Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in AEI subjects and instrumentation systems.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Practical exposure to electronic instruments, sensors, PLCs, microcontrollers, and measurement systems.
- Ability to manage labs, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.
- Student-centric approach with mentoring and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, LMS tools, and digital teaching methods.
Pay Scale: As per AICTE norms and Institutional policies
