Job Summary

Aries Polytechnic College, Chittoor is seeking a dedicated and technically strong Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) Faculty to teach diploma students, deliver hands-on training, and support academic excellence. The role includes delivering foundational and advanced concepts in AI/ML, guiding practical sessions, developing lab activities, and preparing students with industry-relevant skills in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach theory and practical subjects related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python programming, and related domains.
• Design and deliver lab sessions, assignments, mini-projects, and practical exercises.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and digital resources aligned with the curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, viva, practical exams, and project reviews.
• Guide students in AI/ML projects, coding practice, internships, and skill-building tasks.
• Maintain lab infrastructure, software tools, datasets, and ensure a safe learning environment
• Support curriculum enhancement, academic planning, and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and documentation as per academic standards.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and technical events organized by the department.
• Mentor students to build problem-solving, coding, and analytical skills.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT / AI & ML / Data Science (Mandatory).
• M.E./M.Tech in AI/ML, CSE, IT, Data Science, or related specialization (Preferred).
• 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in AI/ML, data science, or software development.
• Freshers with strong coding and AIML fundamentals may also be considered.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning models, Data Science concepts, and related tools.
• Proficiency in Python, AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.).
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
• Practical experience with datasets, model training, testing, and deployment basics.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to guide students in coding, projects, and hands-on practical learning.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, LMS platforms, and lab management.
