- Strong academic knowledge.

- Knowledge in Electric vehicles, Power converters and Controllers
- Knowledge in any simulation softwares like MATLA Simulink, PSCAD, etc. and MS office.
- Knowledge in real time hardware.
For post SMP:The candidates must possess the following skills:
- Strong academic knowledge.
